What is TechConnect?

TechConnect (formerly "CodeME") is a free service for locating technology and business assistance. Submit a Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) by completing a short TechConnect online form, and your RFI or RFP will be circulated to TechMaine member companies for consideration. You will receive proposals directly from qualified contractors who perform the kind of work required by your RFI / RFP.

Why You Need to Register/Login first:

Registering on techmaine.com allows you to login later, to update your RFP and, once you have found a solution provider, to mark the RFP as inactive. It also helps us to prevent spam posts that would diminish the attention your (real) RFP might otherwise receive. There is no charge to register or to use TechConnect, and no obligation of any kind.

How can this service be free?
TechMaine members support this program with their membership in our non-profit association. There is no cost to submit a request and no obligation to accept proposals.

How long will it take to receive a response?
You can expect a response within a business day of your request. The more detailed you make your request, the better the responses will be.

How will I receive information?
You can select the manner in which you want vendors to respond to you. Be specific in your request; the vendors will honor your stated terms.

Can I update my request?
You're in complete control. When you register on our site before you submit your request, you can return to your TechConnect listing and update the information, or mark the request closed when you select a business partner. All TechConnect listings will remain open for 30 days from the date you list or update your request; unless you return to this site to close the listing.
